These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the North Arm Farm Inc. ("North Arm Farm," "we," "us," or "our") school farm tour booking website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

The Service allows school teachers and staff to view available farm tour dates and times, submit a booking for their school, select optional add-ons, and receive an invoice for payment.

Eligibility & Use

The Service is intended for use by teachers and staff booking a farm tour on behalf of their school. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a booking.

Bookings, Pricing & Payment

• Tour availability is shown in real time but is not guaranteed until confirmed.
• Pricing, add-on options, and minimum group spend are set by North Arm Farm and may change from season to season.
• An invoice for your booking will be issued via QuickBooks Online. Payment is due according to the terms on that invoice.
• To change or cancel a booking, please contact us directly at the email below.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting false booking information, attempting to disrupt the Service, or accessing it in a way not intended for normal booking use.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, branding, and design, is owned by North Arm Farm Inc. and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Arm Farm Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
