North Arm Farm Inc. ("North Arm Farm," "we," "us," or "our") operates this school farm tour booking website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Service, how we use it, and who we share it with.

When a teacher or school staff member books a farm tour, we collect:
- School name
- Teacher/staff name, email address, and phone number
- Grade levels and total number of children attending
- Optional add-on selections (boxed lunch, hot chocolate, animal feed) and quantities
- Any notes submitted with the booking
We do not collect any personal information directly from or about individual children. Bookings only include aggregate headcounts and grade levels supplied by the teacher or school.
How We Use Information
- To schedule, confirm, and manage farm tour bookings
- To send booking confirmation and internal notification emails
- To generate and send invoices for payment via QuickBooks Online
- To maintain our own records of schools we work with
Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following service providers to operate the Service. Each processes information solely to provide their service to us:
- Supabase — database hosting for booking and school records
- Vercel — website hosting
- Postmark — delivery of booking confirmation and notification emails
- Intuit QuickBooks Online — invoicing for tour bookings
Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your information. We share information only with the service providers listed above as necessary to operate the Service, or where required by law.
Data Retention
We retain booking and contact information for as long as needed for business, accounting, and legal record-keeping purposes.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect, including access controls and encrypted connections.
